LCC Ltd was founded in 2010 and have been providing outstanding commercial and specialist services across a wide range of Sectors including Healthcare, Local Authority and Education.
With the addition of LCC, Smarter Services will be able to provide a suite of high-quality Facilities Management (FM) services across a range of key sectors providing compliant services delivered by 450 staff across 800 plus sites.
The rationale behind the agreement is to marry Smarter Service’s renowned cleaning, grounds and maintenance services with LCC’s Healthcare and Education expertise to create an end-to-end FM offer to existing and new customers. A strong cultural alignment and a shared customer-focused ethos exists between the companies, and this was a major driver for the successful acquisition.
The LCC directors, management team and staff will remain in place and both entities will benefit from cross-selling capabilities on a wider scale. The newly enlarged Smarter Services business will continue to build on its reputation and capability and deliver class leading services across a range of key sectors.
